1. HEALTH/HIV
Have you heard about Project 2025? I didn’t think it had anything to do with me. I’m 35, I have HIV. I could lose my health care. They want to restrict Medicaid, too. This is personal.

Have you heard about Project 2025? I didn’t know it had anything to do with me. But they say sex is only for reproduction so birth control should be banned. So should the morning after pill. Even condoms. They also want to prevent me from getting an abortion. This is personal.

Have you heard about Project 2025? I didn’t know it had anything to do with me or my community. But I’m a child of immigrants. We all know that Japanese-Americans were put into internment camps after Pearl Harbor. They wanna do it again. They want to arrest, detain, and deport millions of immigrants. This is personal. That’s unAmerican.

Project 2025 wants to stop me from hiring the people I depend on every year to help me and my family pick the harvest. It’s going to really hurt us. Farmers put America’s food on the table. This is personal.
Voiceover: Project 2025 calls for restricting the number of seasonal worker visas and would penalize employers who fail to adhere to that law. It would also allow local law enforcement to detain individuals suspected of lacking work papers, merely on suspicion of being an undocumented immigrant. Have you heard about Project 2025? I didn’t know it had anything to do with me. It does. I’m Black. After the civil war, my ancestors fought for 100 years to become full citizens in this country. Project 2025 wants to take us back to the 1800s. This is Jim Crow 2.0. This is personal.
Voice over: Project 2025 calls for eliminating all Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policies in federal regulations, and end teaching about Black history and the US history of slavery and the civil rights movement. It eliminates civil rights agencies and regulations that allow people to challenge racial discrimination in employment, education, and other areas. 12. DISABILITY
Have you heard about Project 2025? I didn’t know it had anything to do with me. It does. I face challenges every day living in this wheelchair. Now Project 2025 would make it harder for me to go to school, and access services like everybody else. It would make it harder to challenge discrimination against employers or others who are now required to provide accessibility services for people like me. This is personal.
Voiceover: Project 2025 wants to roll back the power of federal agencies to enforce adherence to the Americans for Disabilities Act, which could leave disabled people with fewer options if public buildings and transportation don’t follow ADA accessibility rules or if the rules are changed. It wants to eliminate the U.S. Department of Education which could gut funding for programs that support students with disabilities. I heard Project 2025 wants to make it harder to get a student loan and would crack down on students who have trouble paying it. Why are they making it harder to get a college degree? Voiceover: Project 2025 calls for tightening rules for federal student loans, putting private groups in charge, and shifting loan enforcement to the Treasury department, with stiffer penalties for loan defaults. It also calls for cutting the Department of Education, shifting federal public dollars from public to private schools, and promoting Christian-based education over secular public education. 14. VETERANS
Have you heard about Project 2025? I didn’t know it had anything to do with me. It does. I’m a veteran. I proudly served my country for years. But I got wounded and now I need care from the VA. I heard they want to cut services and want me to have private insurance, not VA coverage. I can’t afford to lose my VA care and services. This is personal.
